We charge a one-week letting fee (plus GST) only when a new tenant is secured for your property.

 

There are no letting fees for lease renewals, helping you save when great tenants choose to stay long term.

The one-week letting fee covers:

- Professional advertising and marketing of your property


- Conducting open homes and private inspections


- Comprehensive tenant screening, including reference,

   employment, and rental history checks


- Preparation of the lease agreement and legal documentation


- Detailed ingoing condition report, including photos


- Lodgement of bond with the relevant authority


- Tenant onboarding, including key handover and welcome

   pack
